When can my product be delivered
• Flowers are delivered throughout the Netherlands from Monday to Saterday.
• Gifts, wine, champagne, fruit baskets, teddy bears, chocolates, helium balloons and other products are delivered from Tuesday to Saturday
• Delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays
Who will deliver the products I ordered
• On Mondays, flowers are sent delivered by local florists
• From Tuesday to Saturday, flowers, wine, fruit, stuffed animals and other products are packed and shipped by Boeketcadeau.nl
• Our products are delivered by the courier Dynalogic which uses a Track & Trace system which enables you to follow your order
At what time will my order be deliverd
• Your order is delivered by a local florist or by a courier from Dynalogic
• Florists and Dynalogic do not work for boeketcadeau.nl exclusively
• The status of your order and the expected time of delivery can be viewed through the Track & Trace system
• Boeketcadeau.nl has no knowledge of the delivery times of local florists
• Delivery can take place between 8 am and 9 pm or during office hours for business
• During the order process you can choose your preferred time of delivery
What happens if the recipient is not at home
• The florist or the Dynalogic courier will always do their best to deliver the order
• If the recipient is not at home, they will try to deliver the parcel to a neighbour
• The recipient will receive a note detailing the address on which the parcel was delivered
• If there are no neighbours available, the courier will take the parcel back and leave a message for the recipient with the contact details of the courier
• The recipient should contact the courier as soon as possible but within 2 days to make a new delivery appointment
Not responsible
• Boeketcadeau.nl is not responsible for redelivery of products of a faulty or incomplete address
• Boeketcadeau.nl is not responsible for redelivery of products when the recipient has been discharged from a hospital or other institute
• Boeketcadeau.nl is not responsible for redelivery or refund when a fresh product has been refused by the recipient
What if the recipient does not respond to the message left by the courier
• If the recipient does not respond to a message left by the courier then the parcel will be redelivered in 2 days
• Boeketcadeau.nl is not responsible for redelivery of a fresh product if the recipient to a message left by the courier
• Durable products such as wine and teddy bears can be redelivered free of charge after contacting Dynalogic

Can I be informed when my message is deliverd
• Our products are delivered by Dynalogic and florists throughout the Netherlands
• You can use the Dynalogic Track & Trace system to see when a product is delivered
• If your order is delivered by a florist it is, at the moment, not possible to send a notification upon delivery
Delivery in hospitals
• Delivery in hospitals is possible
• Include as much information about the patient as possible, such as the room number, department and of course his or her personal details
• Boeketcadeau.nl is not responsible for redelivery of fresh products if the patient is discharged
• Not all hospitals and departments allow flowers
• If the delivery is intended for a member of the staff please state so explicitly
Delivery in hotels and camping grounds
• Delivery to campsites and hotels is possible
• Please state the name of the hotel or campground and the personal details of the guests
• Boeketcadeau.nl is not responsible for redelivery if the guests have left the campsite or hotel by the time of delivery
Delivery in holiday periods
• Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a parcel is delivered while the recipient is away on holiday
• If you place an order, we will deliver the product on the specified date at the specified address
• Boeketcadeau.nl is not responsible for redelivery of a fresh product after the recipient has returned from a holiday
• Non-fresh products can be redelivered after a new appointment with Dynalogic is made
