One-off authorization
• If the one-off authorization failed, you will receive an email from Docdate with a link for you to try again
• If a client has not paid within 5 days, the transaction will expire. From this date, without any further written exhortation required, boeketcadeau.nl has the right to:
o Legally-entitled interest from the expiry date all costs other than legal costs that the client incurs in order to recover payment, with a minimum of 7,50 euro administration costs.
o all legal costs, which are at least 15 % of the amount of the payment with a minimum of 37 euro.
